Mocha Nog

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon hot water
• 1 quart dairy eggnog or 1 (32 ounce) can
• 1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee
• 1/2 pint whipping cream
• Ground nutmeg

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, stir hot water and instant coffee together until dissolved.
2. Stir in eggnog and chocolate syrup until well blended.
3. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
4. Just before serving, whip the cream and fold into mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
