Christmas Eve Cinnamon Snails
Ingredients
- Pie dough
- Butter
- Sugar and cinnamon, mixed
Instructions
- Roll out pie dough into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
- Brush softened butter over entire rectangle.
- Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Start rolling carefully from long end. Pinch ends to seal.
- Cut 1/2-inch slices and place cut side down on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for about 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
