Tipsy Raisin Drops
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup raisins, soaked in rum
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
- Stir in the flour and well drained raisins.
- Drop batter by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
