Holiday Brownie Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 (4 serving size) box raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 (4 serving size) boxes vanilla Instant pudding
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake brownies according to package directions.
  2. Cool completely and cut into 1-inch squares. Layer in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
  3. Stir boiling water into dry Jell-O in medium bowl. Stir at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
  4. Add ice, then stir until ice is melted and Jell-O begins to thicken. When Jell-O begins to thicken pour over brownies in trifle bowl.
  5. Pour milk into separate bowl, then add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended.
  6. Spoon pudding over Jell-O.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Just before serving, top with a layer of raspberries and Cool Whip.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
