Holiday Brownie Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 (4 serving size) box raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 (4 serving size) boxes vanilla Instant pudding
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip
Instructions
- Bake brownies according to package directions.
- Cool completely and cut into 1-inch squares. Layer in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
- Stir boiling water into dry Jell-O in medium bowl. Stir at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
- Add ice, then stir until ice is melted and Jell-O begins to thicken. When Jell-O begins to thicken pour over brownies in trifle bowl.
- Pour milk into separate bowl, then add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Spoon pudding over Jell-O.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top with a layer of raspberries and Cool Whip.
- Keep refrigerated.
