Lobster Bisque

Enjoy a serving of this rich and indulgent Lobster Bisque on a cold winter day!

Lobster Bisque

Yield: 4 servings, 1 cup each

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked lobster
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan until tender.
  2. Add milk and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Great substitute: Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese.
