Mint Sauce for Lamb
Serve as a sauce to spoon over lamb.
Yield: 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons chopped mint
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions
- Mix together mint, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in vinegar gradually until sugar is dissolved.
