Pineapple Marmalade Squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pineapple marmalade
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Blend butter and flour together.
- Beat egg and milk and pour into the blended flour and butter; mix and pat into bottom of a 12 x 9-inch pan and spread with pineapple marmalade.
- Mix egg, sugar, melted butter and coconut.
- Pour over marmalade.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
