Rice Krispies Peanut-Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a 3 quart saucepan, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cereal, mixing until well coated.
- Press mixture evenly into a 9 inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into bars to serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
