Apricot Brandy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups apricots, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons apricot brandy
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Confectioners' sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add apricots and apricot brandy. Add flour, a small amount at a time. Roll into balls.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes; roll in confectioners' sugar while hot.
