Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed saltine cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into lightly-greased crockette.
  3. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 hours.
