Whiskey Sausage
Ingredients
- 5 pounds sausage, sliced into 2 inch pieces
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 cups ketchup
- 4 ounces whiskey
Instructions
- Mix sugar, ketchup and whiskey.
- In a slow cooker, layer sausage, then sauce, and keep repeating, ending with sauce.
- Cook on LOW overnight.
