Green Chile Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 4 cups picante sauce
  • 4 (7 ounce) cans green chiles, chopped and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 12 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add picante sauce, green chiles, pimentos, garlic, chili powder and hot sauce.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheese until combined.
  4. Taste to adjust seasonings.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
