Blueberry Dessert

Yield: 9 to 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Combine Graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 inch square pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs and sugar.
  3. Add cream cheese and vanilla extract. Blend well. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon over top.
  6. When cool, pour blueberry pie filling over baked mixture.
  7. Chill overnight.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
