Pumpkin Custard
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon browned butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs, separated
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
