Root Beer Frosty

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 6 ounces diet root beer
- 1/4 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
