No Bake Pineapple Cheesecake Pie

No Bake Pineapple Cheesecake Pie is a simply delicious very old recipe.

Prep: 15 min | Yield: 1 (9 inch) pie

Ingredients

• 1 Graham cracker crust
• 1 small box lemon Jell-O
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, drained
• 1 large can evaporated milk, iced (approximately 2 hours in freezer)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Stir Jell-O into hot water, set aside.
2. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
3. Add vanilla extract.
4. Whip iced evaporated milk until stiff.
5. Add cooled Jell-O to cheese mixture. Add to whipped milk. Mix in pineapple.
6. Pour into pan, and refrigerate overnight.
7. Garnish as desired.
