Beer Batter for Seafood 2
Ingredients
- 1 can flat beer
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Let opened can of beer sit at room temperature until it becomes flat.
- Dip prepared seafood into mixture of beer, flour, salt and pepper.
- Fry in hot oil.
