Clam Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 can clams, minced
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain clams, then mince.
  2. Form all ingredients into a loaf, and bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
