Flounder with Cheese
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds flounder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise and cheese.
- Fold fillets in half crosswise. Spread with mayonnaise-cheese
mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
