Oysters Galore

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen fresh oysters
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can French-fried onions
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Drain oysters.
  2. Spread 3/4 cup onions in a greased baking dish. Cover with oysters.
  3. Combine remaining onions and cheese. Pour cream over the top.
  4. Sprinkle onions and cheese over the top. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
