Caramel Apple Fondue
Ingredients
- Sliced apples
- Chopped peanuts
- 2 pounds caramels
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Unwrap caramels and melt in microwave. When melted, add sliced cream cheese. Cook for 1 minute in microwave.
- Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
- Pour caramel into fondue pot. Dip sliced apples into caramel, then into chopped peanuts.
