Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients
- Unflavored meat tenderizer
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 flank steak
Instructions
- Sprinkle tenderizer on steak.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, oil, ketchup and onion.
- Place meat in marinade in either a gallon size zip-type bag or Tupperware dish.
- Marinate for at least 4 hours.
- After grilling, slice thin on bias.
