Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • Unflavored meat tenderizer
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 flank steak

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle tenderizer on steak.
  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, oil, ketchup and onion.
  3. Place meat in marinade in either a gallon size zip-type bag or Tupperware dish.
  4. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
  5. After grilling, slice thin on bias.
