Picnic Tea

Ingredients

  • 10 cups water
  • 6 standard-size tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • Ice cubes
  • 10 lemon slices
  • 10 fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Bring 5 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
  2. Add tea bags and cinnamon stick to water; let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
  4. Stir in orange juice and lemonade concentrates.
  5. Pour tea mixture into pitcher.
  6. Add remaining 5 cups water and stir well. Chill until cold, about 4 hours.
  7. Discard cinnamon stick.
  8. Fill 10 glasses with ice.
  9. Pour tea punch over.
  10. Garnish each glass with one lemon slice and one mint sprig and serve.
