Old Bay Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Chicken
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
- Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning Mix
Instructions
Sauce
- Combine all and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Chicken
- Lightly brush oil on the chicken pieces and sprinkle generously with the Old Bay.
- Grill the chicken over hot coals for about 40 minutes. turning often. During the last 10 minutes of grilling brush each piece with some of the sauce.
- Serve with some of the sauce on the side.
