Ingredients

  • 1 large box Berry Blue Jell-O
  • 1 large box red Jell-O, any flavor
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 4 cups angel food cake, cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Berry Blue Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the cherry Jell-O.
  3. Stir 1 cup of cold water into each bowl.
  4. Pour into separate 9 x 13 inch pans.
  5. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until firm.
  6. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  7. Place blue Jell-O cubes in bottom of clear glass trifle bowl.
  8. Top with 1/3 of the Cool Whip.
  9. Add cake cubes, then sliced strawberries.
  10. Top with another 1/3 Cool Whip.
  11. Add the red Jell-O cubes and then the remaining Cool Whip.
  12. Sprinkle blueberries over top.
