Grilled Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2) ounce) can salmon
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well. Make into four large or six small patties.
- Grill over a finely meshed grill screen on the barbecue grill or broil fairly far away from the heat in a broiler for about six minutes on each side.
- Serve on buns.
