Foreman Grill Marinades
Ingredients
Zesty Fat Free Marinade
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Garlic-Wine Marinade
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Rosemary-Thyme Marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Ginger-Soya Marinade
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Instructions
- Zesty Fat Free Marinade: Combine ingredients and marinate fish or chicken.
- Garlic-Wine Marinade: Combine ingredients and marinate beef or chicken.
- Rosemary-Thyme Marinade: Combine ingredients and marinate chicken.
- Ginger-Soya Marinade: Combine ingredients and marinate beef or chicken.
