Black as Night Witch Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15-20 pitted black olives
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 roasted red pepper (rinsed, if packed in oil)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
