- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 Splenda packets
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Place in a glass baking dish
and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at
325 degrees F for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
