Baked Chicken and Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, de-boned and skinned
  • 2 slices mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in baking dish. Put 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each.
  2. Mix soup and water and pour over top.
  3. Mix melted butter with dressing and spread over all.
  4. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, at 325 degrees F.
