Frosted Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground chuck
• 1/2 cup French dressing
• 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 1 egg, beaten
• Paprika
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Instructions

1. Combine meat, French dressing, crumbs, onion, the 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
2. Shape into oval loaf in shallow dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
4. Remove from oven and place on baking sheet or heatproof platter.
5. Combine potatoes, the beaten egg and Miracle Whip. Frost loaf. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Broil until lightly browned.
