My Mother's Meatloaf

My mother's original recipe...family favorite! We love this with scalloped potatoes.

Ingredients

Meatloaf

• 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
• 3/4 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon sage
• 1 teaspoon salt

Sauce

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Instructions

1. Mix Meatloaf ingredients and press into an 8inch square pan.
2. Mis Sauce ingredients, and pour over meat. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
