Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf is made with stuffing, brown gravy mix, ground beef and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing, any flavor
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix, divided
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Use nonstick spray on a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together stuffing mix and hot water in a medium size bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix brown gravy mix with cold water.
  4. Combine ground beef, mixed gravy and eggs.
  5. After the stuffing has rested for 5 minutes and cooled, incorporate the stuffing mix into the ground beef mixture.
  6. Press the ground beef mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
  8. Remove meatloaf from oven, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Notes

You may want to make a second envelope of brown gravy mix for serving!
