Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple or papaya
  • 1 cup chopped peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the bananas, strawberries, pineapples, papayas, apples, ice cubes, and honey.
  2. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
