Marshmallow Creme

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In large mixer bowl, combine egg whites, syrup and salt. Beat for 10 minutes until thick.
  2. Add confectioners' sugar at low speed.
  3. Add vanilla extract and beat until blended.

Makes two quarts.
