Chicken Fiesta Chili Dip

Yield: 1 quart or 32 servings, 2 tablespoons each

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (16 ounces) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 3 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with tortilla chips, Nabisco Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Notes

Jazz It Up: For more heat, mix 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper with other dip ingredients before microwaving as directed.
