Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mandarin orange sections in lite syrup
- 1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1 large container non-dairy whipped topping
- 2 boxes sugar-free orange gelatin
- 1 large container light cottage cheese
Instructions
- Drain orange sections and pineapple; add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
