Orange Candied Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
• 1 pinch cream of tartar
• Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
• 2 cups pecans

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients, except pecans, and cook to soft ball stage.
2. Beat, then add pecans. Stir until pecans are well coated.
3. Spread out on wax paper and separate.
