Orange Frosted Nuts
Yield: about 1 pound
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups nuts
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Instructions
- Combine sugar, water, juice and salt. Boil until a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
- Remove from heat; stir in rind, add nuts. Stir gently until creamy.
- Turn onto wax paper, and separate nuts.
