- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Grated rind of 2 oranges
- Combine sugar and milk in saucepan.
- Add vinegar. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
- Pour mixture over pecan halves.
- Add grated rind and stir until nuts are coated.
