Peach Crisp Deluxe

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 slices, peeled fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spread peaches in a 9 inch pie pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix sugar, crumbs, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches; dot with butter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
