Potato Chip Pie Crust

This is delicious filled with any creamed seafood, creamed chicken or creamed vegetables, then topped with potato chip crumbs.

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups finely crushed potato chips

1/2 cup melted margarine


Mix potato chip crumbs with margarine.

Press firmly into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan or plate.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes.
