Impossible Japanese Vegetable Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 package Japanese vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large pan.
  2. Cook beef, onions and vegetables until done.
  3. Add pepper and salt.
  4. Spread in greased pie plate.
  5. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick mix together and pour over mixture in pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes; remove and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
