Impossible Zucchini Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 cups cubed zucchini
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

1. Blend together Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix, eggs, garlic, cheese and oil.
2. Place zucchini, onion and green pepper in a 9 inch pie pan.
3. Pour Bisquick mixture on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
