Impossibly Easy Turkey-Ranch Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake for 33 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes.

Notes

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
