Apple Corn

Yield: 4 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups dried apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 quarts unsalted popped corn

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add apples and sugar. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Pour over popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Store in airtight container.
