Dutch Meat Loaf
Ingredients
Meat Loaf
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Instructions
- Mix meat loaf ingredients well and form into loaf.
- Mix sauce ingredients and pour entire mixture over the meat loaf.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste the meatloaf periodically with pan
juices.
