Ham Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

Ham Loaf

1 pound fresh ground pork

1 pound cured ground ham

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sauce

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Method

Mix all Ham Loaf ingredients together, shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. At the end of 1 hour, pour Sauce over the ham loaf.

Mix all Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil before pouring over ham loaf.
