Tex-Mex Salsa Salad

Ingredients

  • 9 tomatoes, diced
  • 7 avocados, peeled and diced
  • 3 white onions, chopped
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 or 5 Serrano or jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
