Ingredients

  • 8 small red potatoes
  • Zatarain's Crab Boil, to taste
  • Butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Zatarain's Creole Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in Crab Boil.
  2. Spray a rectangular glass dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cut potatoes in half and put into dish, slightly mashing them down.
  4. Melt butter with garlic, then drizzle over potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle Creole Seasoning lightly over potatoes and bake (or broil) for a few minutes until hot.
